On behalf of myself and the rest of Aldermore, I would like to thank him and wish him well for the future. “We have strong succession plans in place and I congratulate Carl and Charles on their new positions. Both have already played significant parts in driving our achievements to date, demonstrating the energy, commitment and significant industry experience which will further deepen the expertise of the leadership team.
