Aldermore Invoice Finance, part of Aldermore, the new British bank, is looking for further growth in the South East Region following the appointment of a new regional sales manager.

Matthew Taylor has joined Aldermore after three years at RBS Invoice Finance in Sunbury-on-Thames joining a regional team managed by Associate Director, Simon Adcock. Matthew, who began his career in the invoice finance industry at Venture Finance, will work with businesses in Sussex and surrounding areas to provide bespoke cash flow solutions.

The appointment follows the arrival of Andy Phillips, who will be developing Aldermore's presence in the East of England, and indicates the firm's growing ambitions for the region.

Aldermore Invoice Finance recently announced that deal activity had risen by 87 per cent for the firm's regional office as businesses turn to alternative sources of funding in order to improve cash flow and enable growth.

Matthew Taylor said: "It is an exciting time to be joining Aldermore, which has money to lend and an appetite to do deals. Businesses in the region are desperate to access flexible funding lines and Aldermore can offer tailored solutions that meet their individual needs - something that is not always possible with a high-street lender."

Ian Clark, regional managing director at Aldermore Invoice Finance in London and the South East, said: "We are delighted to welcome Matthew to Aldermore. His experience and contacts in Sussex will prove to be a valuable asset to the team in our work to support regional businesses."
